Three weeks ago I started proper diet and exercise with Nature's Way product. it was horrible on the 5th Day, but by the morning of Day 6 I was feeling a whole lot better. Than ever! I just wanted to say thanks because I have recently had tests for candida and I am clear thanks to your dietary supplement. I went to the doctor this afternoon. I've been on the diet with taking the Nature's Way product since the end of April. I've lost a little over 15 pounds though I was sick for a one week with a head cold so the loss stagnated because I wasn't doing much exercise wise. I took this product even up today and now my cholesterol has dropped 55 points, to 150. My doctor was happy when it was 204, I'm happy with it now!
